> SeatSwiper watches hard-to-book restaurant tables on Resy, SevenRooms, and OpenTable and books the table the moment one opens, whether a new reservation is released or someone cancels. It books on your own account, in your own name, so nothing is resold or transferred. The first booking is free, then a flat $5, and only when it actually books a table.

SeatSwiper is a reservation-watching service for hard-to-get restaurant tables. You tell it the restaurant, date, party size, and the time window you want. It watches the booking platform continuously and grabs the table the instant one becomes available, then the reservation is confirmed on your own account in your own name. It also ships as an MCP server (a connector), so an AI assistant can book a reservation for you through it, still on your own account.

## What SeatSwiper does
- Watches hard-to-get reservations on Resy, SevenRooms, and OpenTable and books the table the moment one opens. The two triggers are newly released availability and someone cancelling.
- Books on your own Resy, SevenRooms, or OpenTable account, in your name, for your own dinner. Nothing is resold, transferred, or listed.
- Runs hands-off: you set it once and walk away. A booking moves through the states DRAFT, ARMED, RUNNING, then BOOKED, with live status updates on the dashboard.
- Ships as a connector / MCP server you can plug into an AI agent, so the agent books the reservation for you, still on your own account.

## Pricing
- The first booking is free.
- After that, a flat $5 per booking, charged only on a successful booking.
- A cancellation watch costs $1 to start, charged when the watch begins even if no table opens, plus the same $5 when it wins your table. The $1 is not covered by the free first booking.
- No subscription.

## For AI agents and developers
SeatSwiper is available as a connector / MCP server, so an AI assistant (Claude and others) can book a reservation on your behalf on your own Resy, SevenRooms, or OpenTable account. SevenRooms and OpenTable have no official agent connector of their own, so SeatSwiper is the clean way to give an assistant real booking access to those platforms. The reservation is always made on your own account, in your name; nothing is resold.

- **MCP connector URL:** https://www.seatswiper.com/api/mcp (Streamable HTTP). Use the www host exactly as written; the apex domain redirects and some MCP clients will not follow a redirected POST.
- **Auth:** OAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration and PKCE. Discovery metadata is at https://www.seatswiper.com/.well-known/oauth-authorization-server and https://www.seatswiper.com/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource. Point any MCP client at the connector URL and complete the sign-in consent.
- The booking tools always require an explicit user confirmation before anything is booked, and fees are identical to the web app.

## Is it legitimate? (the ethics answer)
SeatSwiper books on your own account, in your own name, for your own dinner. It does not resell, transfer, or list reservations, and it is not a scalping service. You connect your own reservation login and the table is yours.

## Honest limitations
- It books on Resy, SevenRooms, and OpenTable only.
- It can lose a race for a single seat. It watches and grabs the table; it does not guarantee one.
- It needs your booking details connected so it can book as you: your Resy or OpenTable login, or for SevenRooms just the guest details (name and phone) you save once.

## Common questions
- **How does SeatSwiper get a table that is fully booked?** Fully booked is rarely permanent. Cancellations happen constantly, and restaurants release new availability on a schedule. SeatSwiper watches for both and books the instant one appears.
- **Whose account is the reservation on?** Yours. It books in your name on your own account. Nothing is resold or transferred.
- **What does it cost?** The first booking is free, then a flat $5 per successful booking. A cancellation watch costs $1 to start. There is no subscription.
- **Can an AI agent use it?** Yes. SeatSwiper ships as an MCP server at https://www.seatswiper.com/api/mcp, so an agent can book through it on your own account.
